Anticipating good pressure with many of these facing the starter for the first time. Tricky. SEDNA (8) has threatened here her last two and is still shy of her best. She's on a 7-day return and the shorter sprint shouldn't disadvantage. The 3kg claim brings her right into it. MONCLERE (4) resumes and is up to this if presented forward. He hasn't won over the short course but keeps Darmanin suggesting he's pleasing. The betting will be key. Three of the debutants deserve close consideration. GEORGARONI (2) draws well and has looked good at the trials. Pires sticks aboard from the latest. D'AMBIDEX (5) has an awkward gate but has also trialled well enough, and an in-form 2kg apprentice rides. She trialled PARTY DAY (7) when he placed in a recent Longford trial. He gate is sticky as well. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sedna appeals most.
