GOING: H

S&S Equipment Hire Maiden Plate 1623m

Track: HEAVY 8   Clouds (Max: 12)   Rail: Out 5m Entire Circuit. (Pent: 5.85).

Pressure on from the get-go with Hurricane Ketut and Sweet Jasmine locking horns ahead of Lucky Duck. SWEET JASMINE (12) started in the red at Werribee second-up beaten a whisker over a mile. She's in a top metro barn and has plenty up her sleeve. She should be winning. REDEVANCE (5) peaks off two close-up placings at Benalla and Seymour over this distance. Nolen is a positive jockey booking and he can make the finish again. LUCKY DUCK (11) threatened twice and then led as the favourite at Mornington beaten 2L over 1500m. She draws handier today and can stick on better. HURRICANE KETUT (2) will use the rail and has been knocking on the door. Has 223m further to run today and that's a niggle. SUGGESTED PLAY: Keen on Sweet Jasmine.
