Expecting Meisho Gishi O to bounce to the front and lead from the low draw. MEISHO GISHI O (2) turned in a fine effort to win by 1.3 lengths at this track and distance last start to maintain his good form of late. The engagement of S Kawahara is a positive move. Must raise the bar but he has the ability to test this field. HOKUZAN GOLD (6) turned in a nice run when fresh from a spell two starts back here then missed the placings last time when 8 lengths from the winner in fifth over 1870m at this circuit. Rates highly and is right in the mix. WIN RESERVE (5) improved last time out, finishing 2.5 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1870m at this course after being prominent at the corner. Looks well placed so expect another big run. A SHIN LICHT (9) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 8 lengths away in sixth over 1870m at this venue. Is better than that and no surprise to see him in the frame.
