Expecting a strong pace headed by Meisho Uzumasa, Sammaru Legend and Desierto. Grade 2 placegetter OMEGA GUINESS (6) produced a good run two starts back to finish second but was outclassed last time when out of the placings in the G1 February Stakes at this track over 1600m. Huge class drop and can get the job done. DESIERTO (11) is a handy type who resumes after a break of three-and-a-half months. At his last appearance he finished fifth over 1400m in Listed grade at Kyoto Dirt, beaten 2.75 lengths. Has three wins to his name when fresh from a spell. Will play a major role. Grade 3 winner PERRIERE (13) returned from a spell with a modest fifth over 1500m at Nagoya when he jumped from a wide gate. Loves racing here and has managed three wins from five visits. One to consider. YUTTITHAM (16) is a progressive four-year-old entire who hasn't raced since finishing third over 1600m at Kawasaki on December 14. Has two wins to his name when fresh from a spell. Consider.
