From the inside gate Sunrise Amour has the dash to be in the leading division, with Vagabond and Parashurama applying plenty of pressure. SUNRISE AMOUR (1) returns after a spell of three-and-a-half months. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 1200m at Hanshin Dirt, then finished a close third at Listed level. Strong chance to kick the campaign off on the right note. PARASHURAMA (9) looks close to a win, the latest effort a strong third, beaten a long neck, over 1400m in Listed grade at Hanshin Dirt. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Leading contender. ALPHA MOM (7) has tackled the cream in two runs since resuming from a spell, the latest when tenth over 1600m in the G1 February Stakes at Tokyo Dirt after she travelled towards the rear of the field. Cherry-ripe now and can find peak form in this company. DIRETOR (3) finished third last time out over at Listed level 1200m at Nakayama Dirt, beaten 4.5 lengths. Hard to knock.
