Singing Star to take charge ahead of Soho at a solid tempo. SINGING STAR (1) brings the strongest form here and should prove too sharp for these over the 1200m today from the good gate. Had to work hard from the wide draw when a tenacious second over 1100m in the Silver Goblet at Dubbo on June 7. POISEN POINT (7) caught the eye late at second race start when a solid fifth in the Silver Goblet over 1100m at Dubbo on June 7. Further improved now and looks the main dander out to the 1200m. SHE'S ALL SASS (8) beaten for early speed and failed to handle the conditions on debut when eighth over 1100m in the Silver Goblet at Dubbo. Improvement expected on the firmer track. BODY OF VENUS (5) outclassed at latest on the heavy (8) track when a tiring ninth over 1200m at Gosford on May 16. Since finished second in a recent trial at Dubbo and can find form here. SUGGESTED PLAY: Singing Star to win.
