GRAND WORLD (11) held on well to finish second last start over 1900m at this track, beaten one length as favourite. Placed 2/2 this course and distance. Overdue and gets chance. MIKKI ROBIN (8) debuted seven weeks ago when he finished seventh over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt, beaten 10 lengths. Should progress this time and is expected to feature. MEISHO JINRAI (5) wasn't far off maiden success before a break of ten weeks, finishing the campaign with a minor placing over 1900m at Chukyo Dirt. Leading player on best figures - bold showing expected. KURINO RIKI O (10) settled at the rear then stoked up nicely in the straight to finish fourth over 1900m here last time. Warrants plenty of respect. |

HIGHWAY STAR (1) has been going well. Did a good job second last start in a steeplechase (2890m) at Niigata after she scored in a maiden steeplechase (2860m) at Kokura the run before. Has barely put a foot wrong over the fences and looks very hard to beat. ALMAZA AMIR (2) ran a much better race last time when he finished second in a steeplechase (3170m) at this track. Fitter again and looks ready. Follow up. CONTAINER WORLD (3) was unplaced two back in a steeplechase (3200m) at Nakayama. Bounced back last time to finish third, beaten 1.5 lengths, in a steeplechase (3200m) at Nakayama. Hard to beat if on his game. ATRACTIVO (5) has been out of the money in two runs this preparation, both over the jumps. Finished fourth when fresh from a spell then was 12 lengths away in fourth most recently in a steeplechase (3170m) at this track. No surprise to see him back in form. |

AIR VIBES (3) found the line nicely last start to get up for second over 1600m at this track when returning from a break. Riki Takasugi stays aboard. Will strip fitter so expect her to feature. A SHIN BEACON (1) returned from a spell three weeks ago when he was beaten 2.25 lengths into sixth over 1600m at this track. Really found the line strongly from the back. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time. AYRTON (17) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 2.25 lengths away in fifth last time out over 1600m at this track after being prominent at the turn. Tricky gate but has the pace to cross. Anticipating a big run this time. BICHENO (14) went forward last time but couldn't quicken in the run home and finished fifth over 2000m at this track. Ready to win. Should be right in the finish. |

PICARA (8) sat on the pace and ran right away to score by 4 lengths at today's track and trip when resuming from a layoff last time out. Progressive type worth following up. APPAREIL (9) returns after a spell of 12 weeks. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 1400m at this track. Placed 2/3 fresh and only try course and distance. Rates highly and is likely to be prominent. TINY WONDER (3) was well held in the Hochi Hai Fillies Revue (1000 Guineas Trial) won by Ghillies' Ball over 1400m at Hanshin at her last appearance 12 weeks ago. That was only defeat so far and resumes in much easier grade. Big chance in this class. FIABLE (12) returned from a spell two weeks ago when she was beaten 10 lengths into sixth over 1600m at Tokyo Dirt. Strips fitter and can play a big role. |

LORD GALLERIA (1) is back from a spell of nine weeks. Closed last campaign with a minor placing over 2200m at Chukyo. Placed 3/4 this trip including only try course and distance. Go close. L'OTTOBRATA (6) sat on the pace last start until tiring to finish ninth, beaten 5 lengths, over 2200m at this circuit. Rates highly and deserves another chance. CLUTCH PLAYER (2) finished 2.5 lengths from the winner in fifth last time out over 2400m at Hanshin on April 18. Drawn for a soft run off speed and in the mix again. LEGEND SHIP (3) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race when fresh from a spell last time out, finishing third and beaten only one length over 2200m at this track. Long time since a win but has the ability and coming off a lovely return. Best figures well and truly measure up. Fitter and worth including. |

PERFUME SCENT (8) resumes today after filling a minor placing at her only appearance last prep at Chukyo over 2200m on March 28. Yet to miss th frame in nine runs including placing 4/4 here. Anticipating a bright start to this prep. STELLA CROWN (2) comes here off a break of nine weeks. Super consistent and boasts a strong fresh-up record. Look for a bold run. HO O TITAN (4) is putting together some solid results. Finished second at Chukyo two starts back then got the job done by 1.3 lengths as favourite last time out over 2000m at Fukushima. Osuke Tayama scored on her last time and retains the mount. Finds a tougher race but this looks well within her grasp. FIORE STRADA (1) raced on the speed from the outset and went to score by one length last time over 2000m at Fukushima. Is in solid form this time in work, scoring two times and placing on two occasions from eight starts. Can sneak into the finish. |

GOD ESPADA (10) was prominent from the outset when second over 1900m at this track last time out. Nice return and fitter again. Goes well course and distance. Should go close. NIHONPIRO DEVIN (11) didn't do a bad job after being prominent at the turn to finish 0.7 lengths away in fourth last start over 1800m at this track. That followed a first-up win at this track. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is one of the key runners. JO TARUMAE (6) turned in a sound effort last time but found a couple better at this track over 1900m, beaten 1.1 lengths. Ready to win. ARIES KING (8) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt, beaten 2 lengths. Strips fitter and can turn things around. |

YABUSAME (1) resumed over 1400m in the G2 Keio Hai Spring Cup at Tokyo last start where he drifted back early and although 10th made good late ground. Has a very strong second up record. Expected to go close. TAGANO ELPIDA (5) resumes. Wasn't far away at the only run last time in work, finishing fourth over 1600m at this track four-and-a-half months ago. Well placed here and goes well fresh. Expected to play a major role. ASAKARA KING (11) raced on the pace to the bend before fading to finish 18th, beaten 10 lengths, over this journey in the G2 Keio Hai Spring Cup at Tokyo. Easier assignment this time. Should be involved in the finish. YOSHINO EASTER (12) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a spell on March 29, finishing 12th and beaten 7 lengths over 1200m in the G1 Takamatsunomiya Kinen at Chukyo. Tackled the top level before a spell. This much easier and can return in winning form. |

Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Leading contender. OLUFSEN (8) met with solid support when resuming last start over 2000m at Listed level at Tokyo when ninth, beaten 5.5 lengths. Can bounce back over this journey. SHIMI HATTOKU (2) finished 3 lengths behind the winner in fourth over 1600m in the G3 Churchill Downs (Arlington) Cup at Hanshin last start after lifting strongly to score two back. Ran on strongly in tougher grade last time. Drawn for a soft run and should finish hard. ROSA RUGOSA (1) broke his maiden last start over 1800m at this track when resuming, scoring by 3 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Big winner fresh and has good upside. Fitter and worth including. |

KNOCKNAREA (12) is back from a break of nine weeks. Put together back-to-back wins before going for a spell, the most recent at Chukyo over 1400m. Excels fresh and has won here. Huge chance again. SMART WEISS (8) turned in a fair effort at Hanshin over 1600m at his last run 12 weeks ago, finishing tenth and beaten 2.5 lengths. Best form by far is this circuit. Rates highly and is likely to be prominent. GAMMA G T P (9) built on a nice third when fresh from a spell two starts back at Chukyo with a win over 1400m at Hanshin six weeks ago, getting home by a neck. Continues to race well and at peak fitness. BRUT MILLESIME (14) last appeared when he finished fifth over 1400m at Hanshin on February 22. Has to be respected. |
