Solid tempo anticipated with Colleen's Crown kicking up on the inside with Lawrenny Boys pressing on from the outside draw. COLONEL BOGEY (2) looks close to getting off the mark. Ran on well to just miss fresh then was cluttered up but beaten less than a length when fourth last time. With clear air will be tough to hold out here. THE LITTLE BAY (7) wasn't really fancied on debut and was last throughout but really motored late and got home into fifth. Better for the run and the big field here suits. Expected to run into the finish with a repeat. SOUTHERN AURORAS (11) has been in the placings at three of four starts and fresh-up hit the line hard to just miss. Fitter again and looks a top chance with any luck from the wide gate. ARGYLL DIAMOND (8) ran on hard to just miss two back then sat closer latest and was runner-up again. Going well and surely has a maiden win on the near horizon. PACIFIC WITNESS (15) was a close-up fourth on debut then not far away when fifth last time. Has upside and looks one of the chances.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Follow up on Colonel Bogey.

Without a noted leader engaged Don Turboas may cross and take it up. Tough race with a myriad of these close to getting off the mark. CARNOTAURUS (8) could be value here. Narrow fourth two back then runner-up latest over a mile. Will be strong to the line over the 1400m here and very well weighted with the claim. Looks a top chance. FIERCE 'N FABULOUS (13) is fitter for two runs back and has hit the line hard at both. Overdue and will take beating. DON TURBOAS (6) is a three start maiden and has placed all three. Senior rider aboard to handle the tricky gate and looks a top chance on best figures. LORD HEAR US (2) resumed form a long break over 1400m and turned in an eye-catching run. Placed 2/3 course and distance and is yet another close to breaking through.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Carnotaurus could be value.

Solid tempo anticipated with Arctic Attraction heading them off. Small field but a host of chances. SKY OF GOLD (7) was heavily bet and got off the mark with a strong win here over 1200m. At peak and looks ideally placed over the extra ground now. Well weighted with the claim again and should go close again. SNOWDONIA (2) is fitter for three runs back and long overdue. Has been hitting the line hard and looks tough to hold out over the extra ground. PLAYED STRONG (3) is another who scored a deserved maiden win last time when hit the line hard. Shapes as a top chance again. THE TRINE (1) for the first time was ridden cold last time and placed but in all runs prior to that had shown good speed. Steps up to 1400m here and with many of the chances run on horses might well push forward and try to pinch it. ARCTIC ATTRACTION (6) is another who may well go forward. Fresh-up winner and can give a sight again.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Sticking with Sky Of Gold.
4 02:20 Dr Graham and Mrs June Mcleod Class 4 1600m
A race that lacks early pressure. GEORGARONI (4) stepped up to 1400m last time and ran on hard to miss a nose. Looks suited by the mile and will be tough to hold out. SNOW EAGLE (8) has finished fifth at both runs this time ion but now looks ready to fire. Placed 2/2 when third-up and extra trip a plus. Gets chance. FIORENTE DE LEGEND (3) is long overdue placing four of last five. Great record course and distance and rates a top chance again. STEELE MY SUNSHINE (7) is better than last start and will take catching over the longer journey. JOHNNIE PINCH (1) is ready for the longer trip now and has two wins and two minors from six tries at the mile. Looks a sharp improver.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Follow up on Georgaroni.
5 02:55 Winning Edge Presentations Benchmark 60 Handicap 2100m
Alisent, Zurich and Skelmorlie can set up a solid gallop. Very even distance contest. STRATOJACK (7) stepped up to 2000m latest and made a return to form with a fast finishing win. Drops in the weights with the claim and can make it back to back wins. AL MAXIMUS (2) has been in the minors the last couple over the mile. Course and distance winner and has the inside and the claim. Expected to run well. SKELMORLIE (6) loomed up but was outstayed by Zurich last time at the this journey. Meets the winner better at the weights and can turn the tables. ZURICH (1) was joined but fought on well to lift and score when trying to lead throughout latest. Has the claim and will give a sight again. DYNAMIC DEEL (5) is better than latest when galloped on and could be a sharp improver.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Staying with Stratojack.
6 03:35 Kevin Sharkie Benchmark 68 Handicap 1400m
Restricted Access should find the front with Gingerson and Kakia on his heels. Hard to rule any of these out. STARDARMUS (7) resumed from a long spell and found the line strongly to finish fourth over 1000m. Found that a bit sharp but has a great record this extra journey and looks a big improver. Hard to fault RESTRICTED ACCESS (6) who has won three out of four this time in and is unbeaten from two tries at the course and distance. Has the claim and inside draw and is the one to catch. GEE GEE ENUF SPEED (4) is steadily building to a win and does have a consistent record over this longer journey. Top three hope again. KAKIA (5) ran on well to score this trip latest and looks a major player on best form.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Going with Stardarmus in a good race.
7 04:15 Winzenberg Handicap 1100m
Good pace headed by Galenus, Tsunami Sam and In The Ocean, with Press For Boom and Perola close by. Should be an exciting contest. IN THE OCEAN (7) resumed from a long break with a determined win over this trip. Much fitter for it and drops nicely in the weight. Tougher race but expected to measure up. TSUNAMI SAM (2) gave a sight in the Newmarket and was only nabbed late when a close-up third. Will take catching again. PEROLA (5) ran on well late in the same race. Fitter and goes very well this course and distance. Should go close. GEEGEES GEMSTONE (1) was well off best in the Newmarket but has a superb record at this slightly shorter journey. Expected to bounce back. PERSPIRATION (4) is the interesting runner. Former Maher galloper who won the Heritage Stakes at Rosehill a couple of starts ago but has two long spells since. First try for new yard but has more than enough ability for this level. Go close on best.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Follow up on In The Ocean.
8 04:52 Mingari + Co Class 4 1200m
Solid tempo with Rubble 'N' Fudd possessing enough dash to find the front. SKIN IN THE GAME (3) ticks a lot of boxes. Was too good fresh and strips fitter, won only try second-up, has never missed the frame here in five wins and rider has never missed the frame in six rides including four wins. Clear top pick. COOL HEART (6) ran on hard last time and just missed beaten a neck. Continues to race well and looks the danger. GLOBAL AWARENESS (11) might want further in time but is a talented mare with good form in tougher contests. Does run well fresh and should be winding up strongly this level. ESPRIT DIVA (7) is ticking along okay without winning but has a decent record this extra trip, drops in weight and senior rider goes aboard. Could be value. GEEGEEHAILSTORM (10) is a strong contender on her best form and should be winding up late.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Skin In the Game is the benchmark.
