NUM TIME COMMENT
1 11:24 PR MEDIA SOLUTIONS QTIS Two-Year-Old Maiden Plate 800m
Anticipating a good amount of early pressure with many of these youngsters facing the starter for the first time. The babies kick us off with many of these facing the starter for the first time. Of the raced brigade TINKERBELLA (11) hit the top-four in all three outings before being tipped out for time to furnish. Revved up for this with a recent trial placing and has race experience over most of these. Can finally shed the maiden tag here. NOT TELLING (3) looked handy winning a recent Gold Coast trial and Wishart stays on board for race day. Capable of a strong showing on debut. HELLO PUNTERS (2) was okay when at the races for the first time and is sure to have derived a stack of benefit from that experience. Can improve enough to trouble the judge. MISHANI GLAZE (8) has been given some time to mature and gets some weight off with the claim. One for the multiples. WHISKEY DRY (5) next in line from the Munce barn.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Tinkerbella to break through.
2 11:56 T & G DWAN SUPAFLOATS Maiden Handicap 800m
Jidayubori and Pipatina can be prominent. PIPATINA (6) was well in the betting at Toowoomba before the spell but didn't measure up on that occasion. Gets some weight off with the claim, draws the inside alley and where there's smoke there's fire. Ticks a few boxes. JIDAYUBORI (4) just ran into one better at Lismore last time out before the spell and has since tuned up for this with a solid Gold Coast trial victory. Another to get some weight relief and looms as the main danger. DESERT DAWN (5) showed some ability winning a recent trial and any market confidence must be respected. CURIOUS MAGIC (9) has race experience over some of these and can improve enough to feature in the finish.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Boxed Quinella 6,4,5.
3 12:31 WARWICK CREDIT UNION CUP 11 OCTOBER RATINGS BAND 0 - 58 Handicap 800m
Strong tempo primarily from Artopia, Miss De Blaas and Aye Eye Boom over Goodes and Polygal. AYE EYE BOOM (5) hit the top-four in all four runs last preparation including shedding the maiden tag in the run before the spell. Looks the runner in this field with the most upside and should be right there when the whips are cracking. KAYTEE WISDOM (7) is another to break the maiden status at the latest effort and will have taken a stack of confidence from that victory. Can go back-to-back. Former Victorian GOODES (3) is having his first run for the new stable but should find this assignment easier than what he faced down south. Respect any market confidence. ARTOPIA (11) has been right there in both runs this campaign and will be ready to peak now third-up from the spell. In the mix. MISS DE BLAAS (4) next in line with the claim from the inside alley.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Aye Eye Boom to return a winner.
4 01:06 THINK FENCING QTIS Three-Year-Old BENCHMARK 58 Handicap 1200m
Indubitably and Zheng You will press forward in a keen battle for the lead. ESPRIT DU JOUR (5) resumes here but the form she showed in her first preparation was good enough to play a major role in a race like this. Has a win and a second from two attempts over this six-furlong journey and should be right there when the judge calls a halt. GREEN LABEL (6) got the maiden out of the way last time out and winning hoop Molloy sticks in the saddle. Again gets the benefit of her claim and rates a serious contender. BLANTONS RUN (1) didn't measure up in Listed company at the latest effort but will find this task much more to her liking. Can bounce right back. LIGHTNING STRIKES (4) is a last-start winner who shouldn't be slept on. INDUBITALY (2) hails from an astute barn, draws low and gets 3kg off with the claim. Ticks a few boxes.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Boxed Trifecta 5,6,1,4.
5 01:41 TOP PADDOCK CATERING BENCHMARK 62 Handicap 1200m
Strong pace with Lietuva, Dune And Dusted and Bold Julius paving the way. MISS MONEYPENNY (21) was thereabouts in all three runs to commence the career including a victory on debut at the Sunny Coast. Can return in winning order. LIETUVA (16) just ran into one better in town last time out and will find this assignment a touch easier. Top-three aspirations. NIGHTCAPPED (13) is a two-time winner over this distance range and is drawn to get all the favours from the inside alley. Can earn some minor money. BOLD JULIUS (19) strips fitter second-up from the spell and looks one for the exotics players. GALWAY HUSSLER (6) next best with the claim.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Miss Moneypenny to come back a winner.
6 02:16 MALY ENGINEERING RATINGS BAND 0 - 58 Handicap 1350m
True Patriot and Whomsonever have the pace to take up the running at a solid tempo. SUPERZOOM (9) doesn't win out of turn but has a victory and five runner-up finishes to his name and is usually thereabouts. Can make his presence felt. DESERT LEGEND (16) broke the maiden status last time and can go right on with the job now with confidence. THEBARBEROFSEVILLE (10) draws the inside marble and gets some weight relief with the claim. Top-three credentials while fresh. BRIGHT THE SUN (12) is a last-start winner who shouldn't be slept on. TOO MUCH MAKEUP (15) will be rock-hard fit for this and may earn some minor money.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Superzoom to get a well-deserved victory.
7 02:51 HENTSCHEL PEST MANAGEMENT Class 3 Handicap 1350m
Reasonable tempo with a few going forward, headed by Ambassadors. Former NSW galloper AMBASSADORS (1) is having his first run for the new stable but should find this assignment much easier than what he was contesting down south. The stable has a good record with tried runners and is a definite winning chance in this contest. HUSSY EMPRESS (12) saves her best form for this distance range with three wins and three placings from ten attempts and has had a little freshen up since the last outing. In the mix. ARTZINO (2) is first-up here and should be hitting the line with gusto. The well-related MAPLE DOOR (22) (half to G2 winner Oak Door) needs some luck from the wide draw but can run a cheeky little race. PER CAPITA (7) gets 3kg off with the claim and rates among the better hopes.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Ambassadors to salute.
8 03:26 G I JOE BENCHMARK 58 Handicap 1500m
Solid tempo with Canavese, Dubawi's Girl and Canadian Express going hard, closely attended by Rocky Rich. Former NSW galloper CANADIAN EXPRESS (16) is having his first run for the new stable but has tuned up for this with two recent trials and should find this easier than what he was contesting down south. Sure to prove tough to hold out. DUBAWI'S GIRL (13) got a confidence-building victory at the latest effort and and winning hoop Sandkuhl sticks in the irons. Again gets the benefit of her claim and looms as the main danger. RADEGAST (8) boasts a win over this distance range and should be finding the line late. AMNESIA (15) gets the Goldman/Thornton combination and may remember how to run a good race. ROCKY RICH (4) is usually thereabouts and is one for the exotics.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Canadian Express each-way.
9 04:03 PUNT123.BET BENCHMARK 58 Handicap 1500m
All About Artie to take charge ahead of Cheerful Cat at a good tempo. CHEERFUL CAT (5) had been working up to a maiden victory and finally got the job done at Kilcoy last time out. Sticks at the same trip and has placed around this circuit. Always runs an honest race and has to be included in calculations. ALL ABOUT ARTIE (4) has hit the top-five in all ten outings to date and doesn't know how to put in a poor one. Another strong showing would not shock. TIGON PRINCESS (12) is having her first run for the new stable and a watch on betting is advised. ACES UP (17) doesn't win out of turn but can bob up on his day. Worth including. CLIPPER CHIP (2) rounds out the selections in an open affair.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Boxed Trifecta 5,4,12,17.
10 04:43 NUTURF BENCHMARK 58 Handicap 2000m
No recognised leader engaged but Up And Comer has the pace to work to the front. GUARDED OPTIMIST (2) was a touch plain last time out but go on the two solid runner-up finishes in the starts prior. Drawn perfectly in gate four and should appreciate the extra furlong here. Rates the testing material. UP AND COMER (9) hasn't been too far off them in recent efforts and a top-three showing wouldn't surprise. FIRE AND LIGHT (18) is still a maiden but is usually thereabouts and looks one for the multiples. The well-related MAGADAN (3) (half to Listed winner and 2xG1 placed Swiftfalcon) was a dominant winner last start and can go back-to-back.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Guarded Optimist to get back into the winners' stall.
