WIN TOLKIEN (10) has strung together a couple of wins at this circuit, the latest on September 27 over 1300m when he scored by a neck. Top chance to salute again. DONA APHRODITE (8) did a great job to score by a head over this course and distance last start to maintain her good form of late. Drops in class so she is a major player. TAKENO GEKKO (1) was an impressive maiden winner last time out, scoring by 1.5 lengths over 1400m at this track. Inside draw will assist and she is right in the mix again. TAKENO RAIKO (4) was disappointing when 11th in a 1800m contest at this track last time out. Finds a nice race and can atone.
