Cutie Romera and Hahndorf can be prominent. HAHNDORF (3) is a strong first-up performer who is fresh from a spell of four months. Was in great form before the break with four consecutive wins, the latest over 900m at this track. Has the pace and the right draw to find a good early position. Will prove tough to beat. CUTIE ROMERA (8) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 900m at this track, beaten 2.5 lengths. Has a fair record when second up, including two top-three finishes. This looks a sterner test than last time but with added fitness she is one of the chief contenders. CASINO FOUNTAIN (11) resumes today after filling a minor placing at his only appearance last prep at Ohi over 1400m on May 2. Makes plenty of appeal. FREEDOM (4) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 900m at this track, beaten only one length. Looks to be in the right race so she should be in contention again.
