Chicago Fountain to go to the lead at a genuine tempo. PLATINA BAND (6) turned in a sound effort last time but found one better at this track over 1200m, beaten half a length. The testing material. RAINBOW POLARIS (5) settled well back at this course and distance last time but did find the line nicely to finish fourth, beaten 2.5 lengths. Nicely placed and expected to go well. RINO METEOR (8) returned from a spell three-and-a-half weeks ago when he was beaten 8 lengths into 12th over 1200m at this track. Second up record is very strong. Won't find this as tough so he can bounce back. LOVELIEST (2) could only manage to finish eighth, beaten 4.5 lengths, at her latest appearance over 1200m at this track after she gave away a big start. Worth including in this suitable contest.
