Plenty of pace from Oken Duke, Dry Cappuccino and Sand Joker primarily. OKEN DUKE (9) has been in great form recently, the latest effort a dominant win by 9 lengths over 1500m at this track. Stepping up a level this time but on current form he is right in contention. STAR MAMMOTH (2) doesn't win out of turn but ran a nice race last time out over 1500m at this track, finishing third and beaten 2 lengths. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. SAND JOKER (8) is resuming from a spell of 12 weeks and having his first run for the Kazuya Ibi yard. Was in the placings when first-up from a spell last campaign at Kawasaki over 1500m. Sound top-three prospects. ITEZA (1) was safely held when resuming last start over 1400m at this track, finishing ninth and beaten 11 lengths. Expected to do far better this time.
