Reasonable tempo with Redstone Well probably leading but a few others should keep him honest. REDSTONE WELL (4) tough on pace stayer set to peak at his fourth run back. Just under a month between runs when a tiring eleventh over this trip in the G3 Easter Cup at Caulfield. Fitter now and reunited with his regular rider. Looks hard to run down here. MATUSALEM (6) raced without luck all prep and has drawn a poor barrier again. Another who was almost a month between runs when chipping away late from the wide gate when eighth in the G3 Easter Cup at Caulfield. Look for him late. BELTORO (8) undefeated here and proven at this level. In need of the run when returning from a let up with plugging eighth over 1600m at Flemington. Maps well and best figures can see him take a hand in the finish. MEDATSU (9) winkers go on fourth up and drops sharply in class. Snagged back from the gate and was never a genuine contender when ninth over 2000m at Rosehill in the G2 Neville Sellwood. Smart on his day and stays in the mix. The chances don't end there. SUGGESTED PLAY: Redstone Well to go close.
