Boasts seven wins here. Manato Hida who has scored on him seven times retains the mount. Bold showing expected. T M EPOCH (5) met with solid support last start over 900m at this track when third, beaten 3 lengths. Isao Yamaguchi is back on and has a solid record on the four-year-old, including five wins. Leading contender. T M JINKYU (11) performed above expectations last time over 1400m at this track, getting the prize by a neck. Can feature in the finish again. SHIGERU CHEETAH (6) turned in a fine effort to win by 1.5 lengths at this course and distance last start in a far better effort. Looks well placed so expect another good run.
