Kiralui to take up the running with Royal Splendour and Lord Randolph close at hand. LORD RANDOLPH (6) remains at the mile after a strong first-up effort at Pinjarra, beaten just 0.7L. He's 682 days between wins, but he gets William Pike in the saddle now from an ideal draw. Like the fact he's staying at this trip second up and with improvement expected, he'll take plenty of beating. HE'S ARCHIE (2) steps out to the mile again on the back of a good effort at Ascot on Wednesday where he was only beaten 1.5L. Needs to handle the quick turnaround, but he'll be right in the finish if he can hold his form. KIRALUI (3) looks ready for this trip now with three runs under her belt this campaign. She stuck on well over 1400m at Ascot most recently and is sure to be prominent from the outset again. MR BLING (1) looks ready to peak now third-up and won't be far away. ROYAL SPLENDOUR (4) is ticking along nicely this campaign and should get her chance out to this trip now. SUGGESTED PLAY: Lord Randolph can get the job done.
