A strong gallop is likely with Morning Pass and Kitasan Driver taking up the running, closely attended by Midnight Minnie and Billie's Bounce. ARUMAMA (1) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a spell on February 3 finishing tenth and beaten 6 lengths over 1400m at Tokyo. Has switched to the Shinji Kudo stable. One of the genuine hopes in the race. MORNING PASS (10) has scored at his last four starts, most recently by 4 lengths over 1600m at this track. That continued the very strong form this campaign, with four wins from four runs. Leading player again. MISSION RAIL (5) has been in the market at his last couple of starts but hasn't made an impression, last start finishing eighth over 2000m at Urawa. Rates highly on best figures; can do much better. BILLIE'S BOUNCE (2) finished third at this track two runs back but didn't measure up last time over 1300m at this track, finishing back in sixth. Best figures measure up nicely. Solid top-three prospects.
