Strong pace from Fluffy's Girl and Mastretta matching motors with Move On Over close at hand. LADY GALADRIEL (7) made light work of her rivals in this grade last time at Hobart. Goes up a kilo for the win but has more to offer and can repeat the dose. FLUFFY'S GIRL (5) was a dominant winner two back at Longford but was less effective last time. Gets a key booking in Newitt and will prove tough to reel in from the front if left alone. MASTRETTA (1) is yet to threaten in her two runs back but has gone back to the trials in-between runs, where she's run well. Boasts a strong record at this venue and is worth keeping in mind. STAR WALKIN' (9) kicked off the prep in good order but hasn't been as inspiring in his last few. Drops back in trip off a quick freshen and is one to keep safe. BELPINE MISS (4) strips fitter third-up and is a likely improver. Can sneak a minor spot. SUGGESTED PLAY: Lady Galadriel to win.
