GOING: G(4)

CLEANAWAY ESPERANCE 131339 HANDICAP 1100m

Track: Good 4     Rail: +4m, cutaway in straight.

Buster's Girl and Tapitlikeit'ssassy possess good early speed. CALL TIME (6) resumed with a third placing two runs back at this track, and then stepped up a furlong to win by 2 lengths over 1300m here last week. Dropping back down to 1300m is the query, but she will only need the gaps to come at the right time for her to be a big threat again. BUSTER'S GIRL (2) set the pace as usual from the inside gate last time, leading into the straight before being run down late over 1100m here. She is likely to adopt similar tactics here and will again be the one to peg back. ALOTOFBANTER (1) was not in the hunt after missing the kick and getting well back from a wide gate here nearly 10 weeks ago. He slides down in class and is worth including in all top 4 combos. FAVAIOS (3) has been showing some signs of improvement lately, most recently finishing fifth over 1300m here after racing on the pace. Stick with her from the ace draw. Each way value. COULDABEENAHANDBAG (4) can mix her form, and she can't be totally ruled out of a top 3 finish in this field. SUGGESTED PLAY: Call Time can win again.
