Moderate pace with Eight Pence taking up the running ahead of Blue Goddess and Iffin Doubt Dance. THE ENTERTAINER (1) fought hard all the way to the line when resuming at Riccarton nearly 4 weeks ago, finishing less than a length from the winner in third place. She revels in the wet and will relish the step up to a mile. On top. EIGHT PENCE (6) likes to race on the speed, which can be an advantage around this track, and with the aid of a 2kg claim, he is nicely placed to take them all the way. CHAPINTEEL (7) needed her first run back from a spell, and she normally improves quickly with racing. She slides down in class and has won on this track in the past. Each way claims.
