ELEGANTLY WRITTEN (7) had been threatening before delivering the win here at 60 level over this distance. The low gate plays to her advantage in this contest, and Newitt is a key jockey booking, replacing the 2kg apprentice. Solid each way claims. THE LONGEST YARD (5) rates strongly on the back of his deserved CL4 win here over 1400m. He's won at the mile, but the negative for him is the outside barrier. He's capable of winning, all the same. LOVIN' BEV (2) is free running and brings a heavily bet win in this grade at the track/trip. Gets in well again with the 3kg claim, and going back-to-back isn't out of the question. TUSKEGEE (6) wasn't beaten far in the same race and always puts in. SUGGESTED PLAY: Leaning to Elegantly Written each way.
