Genuine tempo with Model Hunt and Saransk up front. PRESTO MULAN (9) is in great form, lifting strongly to score last start over 1600m at this track to make it two in succession. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Likely to feature. SAZANKA (3) finished third when resuming two runs back at Kawasaki then progressed nicely last time out to score by 2 lengths as favourite over 1400m at Kawasaki. Going up a level this time but she is up to the challenge. SARANSK (8) has been kept fresh since finishing fifth over 1600m at this track five weeks ago. Was a determined winner two starts back. Has the speed to overcome the draw. One of the main contenders. MILLE NUITS (10) was last at the races when she finished fourth over 1600m at Ohi on September 5. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
