Plenty of first starters engaged which makes it tricky to map, but we can assume a genuine tempo. ROSE OF FENWAY (6) returned from a let-up at start two, when a gritty on-pace second over 1100m at Hawkesbury in fast time. Only has to hold that form to shed her Maiden status with Alysha Collett retaining the ride. BRUTAL ADVANCE (1) is holding his form at this level and closed off strongly when fourth over 1100m at Hawkesbury. Gets in light with the 3kg claim and likely to roll forward from the sticky draw. Leading prospect. VINGT NEUF NOIR (8) made an even return in town when a plugging seventh over 1100m at Canterbury. Will derive great benefit from that outing and relish the extra trip. Each-way. HERAION (9) winkers go on for this after frustrating the yard this time in. Up in trip from the sticky gate when a battling fifth over 1350m at Wyong. Goes into the exotics. SUGGESTED PLAY: Rose Of Fenway finds her race.
