Solid tempo likely with Vegas On Fire, Mummsie and Side Piece prominent. Wide open race to finish. MOSCOW RED (8) is very much a veteran mare who is going better than the form suggests. Has had seven tries at this course and distance for four minors but loves a wet track and winning rider Farley is back aboard for this. Can run a big race at odds. COASTAL WHISPERS (10) on the other hand is a lightly raced type and looks hard to beat. Off the mark last time over 2000m with a maiden all-the-way win and expected to give a sight here in tougher company. MORE TORQUE (4) has been freshened since finishing thereabouts over 2000m latest. Will give a start this slightly shorter trip but will be motoring home late. BLAZING GURU (2) was a second-up winner this class last time and strips fitter. Was a third-up winner last campaign and expected to feature again in this. VEGAS ON FIRE (14) has placed at the last four runs and is long overdue. Has raced on speed and hit the frame over the mile in the last couple and will be in this for a long way on the recent form. SUGGESTED PLAY: Moscow Red could be value.
