Lots of pace on paper so expect a genuine tempo. RYUNO NAPOLEON (1) went forward and proved too strong last time out, scoring by half a length over 1600m at this track. Meets a stronger field but he is good enough to figure in the finish. BAU TROI (3) turned in a fine effort to score by 4 lengths at today's course and distance last start to maintain his good form of late. Nicely placed to take this out. HAKUSHIN PERSONAL (5) won at this track and distance at his last outing four months ago. Makes plenty of appeal. DOUBLE LUCKY (2) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when third over 1600m at Morioka Dirt. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race.
