Expecting Third Base to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sprint course. OCEAN JOY (8) resumes for the Minervini team and looks well placed to strike fresh. Drawn to advantage and has been readied with two quiet trials, she returns over an ideal trip and shapes as the one to beat. THIRD BASE (5) is a lightly raced five-year-old who continues to progress for the Gleeson camp. Well supported of late and excuses last time, he can quickly bounce back and prove a major contender. SARATOGA POWER (1) showed sharp improvement third-up here when putting his rivals away with ease. Still has upside but needs things to fall into place from a wide draw. SO YOU SUGGEST (9) is a genuine fresh performer and can feature if forward enough. HAIKU STAR (2) also resumes with a solid first-up record and a gun draw, while KANTISHNA (7) has been building steadily and cannot be overlooked. SUGGESTED PLAY: Ocean Joy gets the nod.
