WATASHIDE IIDESUKA (4) has been racing well this preparation, scoring last start over 1500m at this track to make it two wins from three runs this time in. Has a formidable record at this journey with five wins and two placings from seven starts and shapes as a key contender. APOLLO MIRACLE (11) built on a nice third two starts back at this track with a win as favourite over 1400m at this track two-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by 1.5 lengths. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he is good enough to play a major role. SLICE HERITAGE (6) was well fancied last start over 1400m at this track when fourth, beaten 5.5 lengths. Can atone. HYAKUSHIKI (5) returns from a layoff of 12 weeks. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 1700m at this track. Hasn't scored when fresh from a break but generally races well with two minor placings. Comes here with definite top-three claims.
