Reasonable tempo with Summer Bride probably leading but a few others should keep her honest. HEART LOOP (7) is ready to win after another minor placing last start, finishing second over 1400m at this track when she was in the firing line all the way. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she deserves plenty of thought. SUZUKA PANTHER (4) was an impressive winner last time over 1300m at this track, leading throughout and putting 9 lengths on his rivals. Should measure up again. COMBAT SPOON (11) finished eighth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1400m at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend. Meets some better types this time but a win is not out of the question. SUMMER BRIDE (9) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at this track, finishing second and only 2 lengths from the winner at the end of 1400m. Looks well placed so expect a bold display.
