He jumps from a good draw of four and if not too far out of his ground turning for home should go one better. MAGNUM FIRE (9) showed some signs of a form return in his last start over this course and distance when finishing third of 12 over 2000m when sent out at long odds. He has won twice, finished second once and third once from nine starts over this course and distance. He has drawn out wide but with luck in the running can finish in the placings. HAARLEM (1) started this prep with a nose win here two runs back but couldn't follow that up last time out when fourth of 12 over 2000m at this track. Looks well placed and is worth another chance. ORANJEMUND (5) turned in a strong effort to score his maiden win by nine lengths two runs back at this track but only battled when finishing fifth of 12 over 2000m at this track last start. Worth another chance.
