DAIGO HOMARE RYU (9) recorded a strong maiden win over 1800m at this track last time, getting there by 6 lengths. Winning rider Wataru Fujie sticks and another bold showing is expected. LUX LIEBEN (12) used the rails draw to good effect last start, bouncing straight to the lead and scoring an all-the-way win over 1400m at Urawa. Will prove very tough to beat.
