Pace only fair with Lord Lightning rolling to the lead ahead of Astounded and Geijutsugakubu. MEISHO WAKATAKE (10) is putting together some solid results. Finished third at this track two starts back then landed the prize by one length as favourite last time out here. Tomohiro Sasada scored on him last time and retains the mount. Finds a tougher race but a big run is on the cards. VLAMINCK (2) proved too strong two runs ago at this track. Couldn't follow that up last time out when fourth. Wataru Hirose gets the best out of this five-year-old entire. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. ASTOUNDED (5) finished out of the money when fourth in a 1400m contest at this track two weeks ago after being prominent at the corner. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. LORD LIGHTNING (7) next best.
