DYNAMIC FIRE JOHN CLIFT MEMORIAL - BENCHMARK 58 SHOWCASE HANDICAP 1000m

Track: SOFT 5   Clear (Max: 22)   Rail: True.

Slick pace with Harbour Gold finding the front but it won't be a picnic with a few other speedy types engaged. SHE'S EXOTIC (11) drifted back on debut before letting down with a powerful finish to score by 2 lens as fav over 1000m at Gunnedah on December 2. Spelled immediately after that win and comes back today a much stronger filly without a trial. Expected to prove hard to hold out. ROCKY RIDE (5) improving gelding racing in career best form. Made it two wins from three starts when finished hard for a narrow victory over 950m at Moree on April 2. Will appreciate the claim but needs luck from the draw. Sure to be thereabouts. LAVISH LADY (10) all three wins have come at this track and trip and looks well in with the 3kg claim. Finished a close-up fifth over 1000m here on April 8. No excuses from the good draw. SACCA (2) sat off a solid tempo when resumed for a gritty victory over 1000m at Toowoomba on March 23. Has clearly come back well and can add value to the exotics. SUGGESTED PLAY: Box Quinella 11,5,10,2.
