Cheerful Girl should lead at a slick tempo. MOZU MIRACLE (8) led throughout last time over 1400m at Kanazawa and scored a comfortable win. Can push forward again here and is a top chance. NO STANDARD (1) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then didn't feature last start when 47 lengths away in tenth over 1500m at this track. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. BARNSBURY (7) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1.1 lengths from the winner in third over 1200m at this track. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. BARJEEL (11) showed good speed and fought on for second over 1200m at Monbetsu last time. Is yet to miss the frame from four starts this campaign, including a win. One of the fringe hopes.
