Expecting a strong gallop with Marukei Rock and Lusso Queen taking up the running over Queen Omega. LUSSO QUEEN (9) showed good early pace last time and battled on gamely to finish just half a length from the winner in second over 1400m at Mizusawa. Capable of another big performance. MALLEOLUS (2) returned to winning form last start, scoring by one length over this journey at Mizusawa. Has a sound record at this journey with a win and two minor placings. Definite winning hope. ADORER NICOLE (4) had been in sparkling form winning two on end before missing the frame last start over 1600m at Mizusawa. Returns to the course where she won two back. Toshiki Yamamoto who has scored on her two times retains the mount. One of the main contenders. QUEEN OMEGA (8) missed the placings last start when sixth over 1400m at Mizusawa. Nicely placed to find some form.
