Eclipsion has the pace to lead in what is likely to be a moderate tempo.
Former NSW galloper COLOURS OF AUTUMN (1) hit the frame at Townsville when having her first run for the new barn before getting the chocolates here at the latest outing. Jockey Cormack has been in the saddle for both efforts and stays on top today. Rates the testing material. INDEFINITE (2) has been right there in all three runs since joining the Russo camp and will be at peak fitness now fourth-up. Include in calculations. SAND 'N' POWER (4) got a well-deserved victory at Bowen last time out and rates a genuine top-three prospect on that performance. The well-related ECLIPSION (3) (full to Listed winner and G2 placed Far Too Easy) is better than recent efforts suggest and can improve sharply without shocking. PICCAPEPPA (9) next best down on the minimum weight. SUGGESTED PLAY: Colours Of Autumn to salute again.
