Good pace expected with Jordy Girl, Bon Holler and Divazou paving the way. OVER YONDER (5) was a game winner by a head fresh up, but couldn't back it up last time, finishing fifth over 1106m at Benalla, after making a slow start. If he begins with them here, then he can bounce back into the money, especially from a good draw. GOLDEN WARRIOR (2) needed the run first-up effort at Goulburn, where he finished fifth, and just over a length off the winner at 1100m after being in contention on the turn. He is usually better with a run under his belt, and he is good enough to take this out. TALUK (6) was an easy winner last start over 1300m at Wagga, scoring by more than 3 lengths. She cops a wide gate, but with some luck, she can repeat the dose. DIVAZOU (9) finished runner-up last time over 1200m at Wagga and was only claimed late after setting the pace. He will be peaking third up and can take them all the way this time. LIGHT FOOT (10) has plenty of ability and will be a lot stronger this season. She has not had a trial, so use the market as your guide. SUGGESTED PLAY: Golden Warrior each-way in a very even field.
