EARTH SPIRIT (7) sat just off the speed and fought on well to finish second when resuming last start at this course and distance. Ryuji Tatsushiro who has two wins when partnering stays on. Should be in the finish. GRAVITY MODEL (9) finished sixth at this track and distance at his last appearance 11 weeks ago. Rates highly and should take some beating. CHROMIES CRY (11) finished out of the money when fresh from a spell two starts back then was beaten 3 lengths when fourth in a 1600m contest at this track three weeks ago. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. WINDSOR BAROWS (4) hasn't made an impression since resuming despite market confidence. Last start could only manage seventh over 1400m at this track. Expecting improvement.
