PACE SETTING (1) turned in a fine effort to score by half a length at this track and distance last start in a far better run. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot repeat the dose. DAIJOBANAI (6) got the job done last start by 3.5 lengths at this track over 1230m. Has a very good record here including eight wins from 16 starts. Expect a bold showing. SCIPIO (2) did well to score at this track two runs ago. Fair effort last time out when prominent at the bend before finishing second over 1400m at this track, beaten half a length. Has a good record at this course and distance, including two wins. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. MYSTERY BOX (11) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1400m at this track, beaten 15 lengths into 11th. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
