OI MAN HANDICAP 1650m Track: GOOD
A strong gallop is likely with Kingly Demeanor and Gallant Epoch taking up the running, closely attended by Red Majesty and Sky Vino. GALLANT EPOCH (5) bolted in two back over the 1400m before a 0.5L defeat at Sha Tin most recently. The rise in trip doesn't appear an issue and he has the speed to roll forward from the draw. Hewitson remains in the saddle and if he brings that form to The Valley, he'll be hard to run down. JUMBO FORTUNE (9) is racing in good order without winning, finishing 1.3L off the winner when getting well back. He draws better today and he's expected to sit a touch closer this time around. Hamelin remains in the saddle and he can go a couple better this time. QUANTUM PATCH (1) has been around the mark in recent performances and drops back in grade today. That should see him in a good position from the inside barrier and he's held his own in tougher races. Can put his best foot forward. OCEAN IMPACT (8) improved sharply up to this trip last time out and has strong claims once again.
