From the outside draw Deep Dawn spears to the lead and sets a slick tempo. DEEP DAWN (8) has hit the top-four at her past four outings and looks to be nearing that elusive maiden victory. Will be rock-hard fit for this and can finally get the monkey off her back. Former Waterhouse/Bott galloper CASTERLY ROCK (1) has been right there in both starts since joining the Bruce yard and is drawn to get all the favours from the inside alley. Rates a genuine top-three contender. O'CALDINO (4) strips fitter third-up from the spell and gets Maloney on board to navigate from the wide draw. A win is not out of the equation. FIRE AND LIGHT (2) just ran into one better last time out and has been thereabouts in all six runs this campaign. May earn some minor money again. SUGGESTED PLAY: Deep Dawn place heavy.
