AFTERNOON TEA (12) inexplicably flopped at Katherine but was beaten 1L at Darwin prior off the easy 70 win there. Has the handy 2kg claim and on the bounce she's clearly the one to beat. GALACTIC EXPRESS (8) has strong Victorian form but nothing has gone right in his two starts for the new stable. Has more weight but comes back in grade and has to be kept very safe. TAIPAN TOMMY (10) just missed at Alice Springs in a 70 as favourite and then was another to disappoint at Betoota. He's worth another chance. MATHEMATICS (9) next best. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Afternoon Tea.
