MACDOUGALLS WOODVILLE PAHIATUA CUP 2100m Track: HEAVY 10 True |

Expecting Quid to take up the running with Jungleland and Semper Magico close at hand. QUID (6) is a very consistent and lightly tried gelding peaking third up from a spell. His last run was 5 weeks ago, but he races best with his runs well spaced out, so stick with him on an each-way basis. SWINGIT OUR WAY (8) needed his resuming run over a trip that was well short of his best at Trentham 9 days ago. The extra 700m is the key here, and she is worth including in all combos. PRINCESS ELLY (13) is far better than her form suggests, and she is not the worst at odds. DANJURO (9) just battled on a holding track at Whanganui last time out, and he is worth another chance in this, especially with the aid of a 2kg claim. IN A PICKLE (11) is heading the right way with his form, so stick with him. SUGGESTED PLAY: Princess Elly both at each-way value.
