Genuine tempo from Ivy Blitz leading Smile Feliz. SMILE FELIZ (2) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when fourth, beaten 3 lengths, over 2000m at this track. Third-up record is strong and is a great chance to break through. MY EIGER (1) raced below his best last time when sixth over 2000m at Urawa, beaten 12 lengths. Meets a stronger field but he is capable of running a bold race. IVY BLITZ (10) has been kept fresh for this since a disappointing tenth last start over 1200m at Funabashi six weeks ago. Has the early speed to cross from out wide. One of the main contenders. FINAL WONDER (9) was beaten 15 lengths into seventh in a 2000m contest at Urawa at his latest appearance. The engagement of Tsubasa Sasagawa is a positive move. Better than recent efforts suggest.
