My Uncle Did It should lead and control the tempo. MY UNCLE DID IT (4) displayed plenty of early toe and went on to score by 4.5 lengths in a 62 last time out over 2156m at Terang. Finds another suitable assignment, and Meech is booked today. Is likely to position forward again and can get the job done. FLASHLIGHT (1) showed good early muster and fought on to finish third last start over 2350m at Warrnambool. Well placed, and Coffey goes on. Is sure to prove tough to beat. CONVO (9) has been racing solidly at the provincials over middle distances and will appreciate country grade. John Allen stays aboard and will likely push forward. In the premier stable, and that always demands attention. BOGUES (2) and REBADGE (5) both draw awkwardly but have enough ability to consider. SUGGESTED PLAY: My Uncle Did It appeals most.
