Saluki should lead but there are a few other speedy types who can keep him honest. SALUKI (4) wasn't far off maiden success before a break of eight months, finishing the campaign with a minor placing over 1200m at this track. Has ability and sure to prove tough to beat. TOMONO HOMARE (12) made considerable ground in the run home to finish second last start over 1200m at this track. Best form puts him right in this. PRIMO SFIDA (7) missed the frame when resuming last start over 1400m at this track but wasn't all that far from the winner. Right in the mix. MUSASHI IDOL (2) is a six-start maiden who finished second over 1200m at this track last time out after being in contention on the bend. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways.
