Jamrock to take charge ahead of Bellakai at a strong tempo. BELLAKAI (2) was a winner this trip three back then below her best in the last two. Swamped late with the big weight last time and looks well placed here with 8kg less. Should give a sight and gets chance to atone. PALTINIAN (7) broke through for the maiden win last time and goes straight into this feature. Has needed ground though and one of the few with any sort of upside. Fitter again and can run well. LARSEN BAY (4) has solid recent form and should be at peak fitness after three runs back. Won only other try this trip and looks a leading chance. JAMROCK (9) gave a sight in the Jamestown Cup last time, pushing forward and being run over late. Can give a sight again. BANNERTON (5) ran well two back over a trip and then returned from a break with a fair run over a mile. Extra ground a plus. SUGGESTED PLAY: Give Bellakai another chance.
