LAST CHANCE SALOON (5) has hit a purple patch this preparation with two wins and three placings from just five starts and is racing with a lot of confidence of late. Handles all going and is sure to be right there when the whips are cracking. POWERFUL EAGLE (8) was a touch flat at the latest effort but go on the back-to-back victories prior. Can bounce right back. TARA JASMINE (2) has won her past two and shouldn't be underestimated. CHAYSE 'N' ARTIE (4) is stepping out at this circuit for the first time. Last appeared when he finished eighth over 1800m at Gold Coast on September 20. Mixes his form but his best is good enough to feature here. SUGGESTED PLAY: Leaning towards Last Chance Saloon.
