Not much early pressure but Cassie's Lad, Good Karma and Stand In Line can take up forward spots.
POWER THROUGH (9) led all the way to win his maiden over 1600m at Tamworth two back. Dropped back in trip and failed to fire in a BM66 here last start. Finds a more suitable assignment today and is well placed to bounce back to form. GOOD KARMA (12) lengthened in good style to record a comfortable maiden win last time out over 1614m at Taree. Progressing well this time in work and looks capable of going to this next level now. CASSIE'S LAD (7) appreciated the step up in distance when he led then boxed on well for second over 1850m at Newcastle recently. Very fit after four runs back from a spell and he is a chief contender coming back to a country BM58. QUICK BUCK (5) just missed the hat trick last start when a very close third over 2200m at Grafton. Can feature despite coming back sharply in distance. Veteran SEETHING CHUCK (11) has been good in all three runs this prep and can improve further with this step up in journey. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Power Through.
