Small field but plenty of pace engaged, including Thoros Of Myr, Rubble 'N' Fudd and Cherokee Dancer. RUBBLE 'N' FUDD (3) resumes and disappointed in his only start last preparation heavily bet. He's strung three on end prior and looked very promising. Won his most recent trial and draws the inside gate. A bold return is likely. THISISMYTURF (7) last appeared three-and-a-half weeks ago at Warrnambool. This is his first run for the Terence Evans stable and his form stacks right up. Gets in well with the 3kg claim and the betting should reflect his chance over a shorter sprint. CHEROKEE DANCER (5) has scored at her last two starts, most recently by 2L lengths over 1150m on the synthetic as favourite. Big chance once again. The speedy THOROS OF MYR (4) has been racing well and just missed last time on the synthetic. Goes well at the trip and is sure to be about the mark again. SUGGESTED PLAY: Rubble 'N' Fudd if the betting suggests stable confidence.
