DOCTOR JAY (2) returns after a year on the sidelines, but his recent trial suggests he's ready to fire first-up. He worked through the grades well last campaign and has won both first-up attempts. The inside draw is a big tick and he can resume on a winning note. THIS'LL SHOW YA (3) wasn't beaten far in Saturday company last start when sitting close to the speed as a 30-1 pop. She maps for a kind run again this time and she handles wet going. Can put her best foot forward. DREAMTIME JEAN (7) closed off strongly last start and is expected to be flying home once again. CAVALLO RED (4) can resume on a positive note with the wet ground looking to suit. SUGGESTED PLAY: Doctor Jay can return a winner.
